Hi, I’m Enrico, and my journey in property began in 2011 as an estate agent in the charming, leafy suburb of Putney, South West London. My passion for the built environment grew, and in 2015, I took a bold step into Building Surveying. While working at a Pinner-based practice, I balanced my career with studies, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Building Surveying from London South Bank University.
From there, I moved to the heart of London, working on high-profile commercial assets and becoming a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor. Later, I transitioned into Asset Management, overseeing Build-to-Rent and Affordable Housing developments across the UK, honing my expertise in managing complex property portfolios.
I founded Ekron to bring all this experience together, focusing on building personal connections with my clients and making the surveying process clear and straightforward. My goal is to deliver tailored, transparent services that you can trust.
Beyond Ekron, I’m also a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and The Victorian Society, as a means of preserving and enhancing our built environment.
